Extensions help. Kinda difficult. Please answer :/

OKAY so a few months ago I bought a TON of I-tip extensions, and I put them in with microbeads and I really didn't like the feel of them. Is there any way to turn them into wefts, so that I can either sew clips on them or tape them in? Please help if you can, I hate the thought of wasting that much money on hair I can't use. :/

Honestly, I would take them out and have a hair stylist do it for you :-)
That way you know it won't mess up

At the salon I'm working at currently, my friend slides them on to the hair and then clamps down on the ring with pliers to make it stay. This makes them last around 4 months.

No you unfortunately can't make them a weft or Tapein the only thing that may be possible is making them fusions but that depends on what kind they are
