Ok so I'm torn between buying the Revlon color stay foundation and the Covergirl 3-in-1 stay fabulous foundation. Any reviews?

The Covergirl Stay Fabulous has amazing coverage and does last a long while after the initial application. This will most likely depend on your skin type, however It does seem to work with most, although I'm not too sure that it is suited for someone with really oily skin. I haven't personally tried out the color stay, but in my opinion the covergirl foundation is worth purchasing!

Revlon Colorstay - I've seen a lot of girls where this and its always looked a bit cakey but this may be from application (too much or not enough blending). This foundation is VERY thick and full coverage, so I have always steered away from it even though I get really bad acne. This foundation is good, it lasts a long time, comes in a range of shades and covers imperfections well, but I'd use a light hand on it to avoid cakeyness!
Another thing is that this foundation caters for dry skin and for oily.
Covergirl 3 in 1 - Okay so this is my foundation, meaning I use it daily and for events too because its versatile! Its medium to full coverage depending on how much you put on. It hasn't broken me out (and I have sensitive skin) and it stays put and covers most my acne. Another amazing thing about this foundation is that its SO CHEAP!
This foundation is probably for the oily - combo skin type which is myself and it doesn't melt off and dries with a slightly matte finish (nothing thats cakey just a really smooth finish).
Out of the 2 I'd chose 3 in 1 in a heartbeat, its cheaper, doesn't cake (unless you apply way too much), and the coverage is buildable so you can have whatever coverage you need whenever.

This question gets asked like everyday. lol.
anyways, I've never tried the covergirl one. however, I have tried the Revlon Colorstay and I hated it. it is SO thick, it feels disgusting on the skin. you can feel it, and it doesn't look so great. it gets cakey no matter how little product you use. it has the most unnatural finish. the pros are that it does control oil, is full coverage, long lasting, and it photographs well. the cons outweigh them in my opinion, though. I just didn't like it at all.

Colorstay- looks a little cakey. If full coverage at first but throughout the day it starts to peel a little especially around the nose for me. It's really thick and didn't feel natural. I would not recommend this especially for ppl with dry skin.
Covergirl 3 in 1- this has descent coverage. Not my favorite but it's alright. It does last a while so that's a benefit (: the biggest downfall to this foundation is that it oxidizes throughout the day so I always have to be extra careful in which shade I get :\
Honestly I wouldn't recommend either, I recommend the covergirl advanced radiance age defying makeup. It has pretty good coverage, lasts a long time, good variety of colors, and is just overall amazing!!
