I was in the same position as you a few months ago and I was getting tired of my log hair because its curly. I went online and found a really cute shoulder length cut with layers. its really easy to work with and fun. good luck!

Yess if you did want to dye it, die it a like Elizabeths picture, more of a golden color. and I feel your hair length best suits your face shape right now :) you can try layersss.
