I have very dark brown thick hair, I work 6 days a week and rarely have any opportunities to sit in the sun, are there anyways I can lighten my hair without dying or bleaching it?

John Frieda lighting spray. It works really well on my light brown hair.
I saw a big difference in 3 uses.

Agree ^ I bleached my hair from dark dark brown (pretty much black) to a brown and it was fine. I used a boxed ombré kit with a lightener with bleach in it, instead of just buying plain hair bleach from the store. If you just take care of it afterwards, lots of conditioning, it'll be fine! 😊

Be careful with lightning spray. If you spray to much or to often it's been known to break hair off at the roots.
But I've bleached my hair from natural dark brown, to dirty blonde, then black to basically white blonde and had a few bleach baths and my hair is still healthy. If you go to someone who knows what they're doing (since the first time you use bleach is always the most damaging since you don't know how to properly) it likely will not be damaging. At least nothing a light trim and some deep conditioning won't fix.
