I've heard of honey, tea, cucumber, oatmeal. Stay away from hot water, hot food and sun (obvious one)

Run some oatmeal through a blender/coffee grinder, and a teaspoon of honey and tablespoon of yogurt. Mix it together, apply to your face and leave it on for about 15 minutes and then rinse. You can rub it off in circular motions to get some additional exfoliation. I've found that this mask is really great at reducing redness, at least for a few days. I also like the Vitamin E mask from the Body Shop, but I wouldn't recommend using any store-bought masks or scrubs while on Accutane.

If none of that☝️ works out then try baby powder, it helps woth reddness & irritation.

To be honest I had never heard it before either until my mom suggested it to get rid of the reddness/irritation on my face & once I tried it instead of clinging on to my dry patches, it sort of helped the dryness peal off..if that makes any sense lol? But once I washed of the baby powder I just put on a good moisturizer.. By the second or third day I was using it , their was no reddness on my face...
