There's a cream called Hirudoid that claims to heal bruises faster. If they don't sell it where you live, you can ask at your local pharmacy or drugstore.

Ooh that looks painful! Definitely ice, I use muscle cream too (I get plenty of bruises from gymnastics!) as it makes them heal faster. I use Deep Heat or an Elemis muscle cream.

Stick a spoon in the freezer, wait for it to be icy cold & apply it on the bruise for about 20 minutes

Massage it round in circles with you fingertips because bruses go like tha where all tha blood particles rise to the top of your skin so when you massage it, it breaks up all the blood particles and it should be gone with in 2-3 days

Arnica is what I use ☺️ it's chemical free and it's made purposely for bruises!

I totally agree with Vallerie! Arnica is amazing stuff for bruises. I use it all the time and it's like my bruises disappear overnight! You can get it at many health food or supplement stores.
