Dry skin help!

Recently I've been having a really difficult time with my dry skin. I exfoliate, not too much. Then apply my Clinique moisturizer & Perricone MD- HP Evening Repair cream. But tonight I'm wearing Vaseline because my skin is that dry!! I used to have such nice looking makeup after applying, but my skin is so dry lately that my makeup looks horrible & clings right to it!
My dry patches are on my nose, cheeks, under eyes, and forehead.

Please help me!!

Mine had been super dry, but I started using Mario Badescu Rose Hip oil and and it's made a huge difference. mine is cause by an allergic reaction to something a my work though.
