Yes I got it as a gift and it's great I get so excited when it comes - your not going to love everything but I tried a couple new makeup, nail etc. products that I probably wouldn't have even thought to use before it

Yes I just got my first one and I agree I do like it, but don't expect to just be in love with everything you get. For instance I got an anti-aging cream (I'm 21) that I didn't really use but I also got an awesome silver eyeliner and leave-in conditioner I love. I wouldn't have bought or even thought to buy those otherwise. It's nice!

Exactly! I've gotten a few wrinkle products too and I'm only 20 but I give them to my mom lol.

I was but I highly prefer Ipsy. BirchBox is not worth the money. I recently cancelled because they do a lot of foil samples and samples that I do not consider deluxe. Their customer service also sucks. Overall, the company has fallen and I recommend that if you're looking for a $10 subscription you should go with ipsy.

Also they do not customize the boxes right. They don't seem to pay attention to your age and such giving you products you aren't going to use...

Although, I do kind of agree with Kendra. I only subscribed to birchbox because I'm still on the waitlist for ipsy. I might end up liking both, but I'm thinking I'll probably cancel birchbox when my ipsy goes through. YouTube has tons of reviews on birchbox vs. ipsy, very informative.

I had birch box when they first came out,
So I'm not sure if they've changed, but it sounds like they really have from all the reviews I've been reading, which is too bad. I got a BeautyBlender in my birch box (like 2 or 3 years ago), which looking at the cost of them now was awesome. It's sounding like the company grew too fast and can't keep up with their old quality. People love ipsy though, I haven't gotten it yet.
