Dark lipsticks make people look older to me.

Eyeliner makes me look older haha. Or honestly, just a very complete makeup look. It doesn't need to be heavy or anything, but if you have a very complete, put- together look it can make you look a little older. Look at some older girls and women around you and see how their makeup looks. Just remember to keep it classic and refined:) anything that is overdone or super trendy can land you back in teenybopper territory 😅

I think heavy eye makeup ages you appearance wise honestly

Filling in brows with a heavier hand helps, contouring a bit, falsies, pretty much any lipstick, I would avoid thick rings of black eyeliner though, to me, that reeks middle schooler who just discovered makeup lol. Good luck on the job hunt :)!

Long lashes, very thin winged liner (really tricky), and a berry lip.

^Lol, I'm not going to lie, in 7th grade, when I first started wearig makeup, I went through a stick of black eyeliner a week lol. Luckily I've learned better.

And by heavy I meant like smokey eyes, gradient eyes, cut crease lol. And voluminous falsies.

Story of my life. I had the hardest time when I was in my 20's on the job front because I looked so young ( I'm 40 now). A dark lippie and soft winged eye should work ( worked for me) along with dressing ultra professional ( think Ann Taylor or Banana Republic style). Good luck beautiful.

I feel like heavier eye makeup may make you look older, but it doesn't really read professional. I think like Shelley said dressing professional should work for appearing older. but I can't really think of any makeup that will make you look older and appear professional besides eyeliner on the top lid that is very subtle. I also may not be very helpful because all the job interviews I have had are for law enforcement lol.

Oh for interviews don't do heavy eye makeup!! Hahah never kind, I'd say some long lashes and simple winged liner with dark lips as well!

Foundation, black eyeliner (maybe winged), bold lippies.

I think dark eyeshadows make you look older rather than eyeliner, but you should have that on after doing your eyeshadow too. Make sure you put some eyeshadow on your lower lash line too! A darker color. And I'd say contour if you can but not too much, also lashes are suuuper helpful! And wear lipstick :)

Also make sure your brows are really defined, use concealer around them after you fill them in, it helps a ton!

For you. its the being put together look. I could see you either very soft sheen eyeshadows lots of mascara and complimentary face makeup with contour/highlight giving the put together look. even taking it a bit futher having your brows professionally shaped. that combination would give you a much more professional well put together look. hoop This helps
.

Definitely dye your hair brown. Blond is making you look young!

Nathalie makes a really good point. darker hair would definitely make you look older.
