Dress in what you like. Be yourself. Home works sucks but just do it, it'll pay off. Again, be yourself! Also, be more involved

I know everyone hates comments like these but YouTube has loads of videos about this. Have helped me a lot. Try watching Bethany Mota :)

Dress to be you. Don't dress in order to please someone else. I did that my whole year and I was very self conscious. Leggings, cute jeans, flannels, blouses, skirts, simple dresses, shorts, and all that jazz. Make sure to be comfortable cause the worse thing is going through the school day annoyed with what you are wearing. As for advice, a lot of people say to fit in but I personally think being yourself and having fun is more appealing than rolling with the "in crowd". Try to enjoy learning. It's a lot simpler that way. Don't treat school as a chore because that it becomes one. Doooo your homeworkkk definitely. Do it in a room with no distractions.
As for cute backpacks, they aren't even allowed at my school but I don't like the usual ones, I actually get the one shoulder ones cause the two shoulder ones hurt my back cause I have to walk home.
Decorate your locker but make sure you have room for everything. You can also get a white board and make a schedule on it, that's what I did. It helped me from forgetting important stuff.
For impressions, it's not always looks (although that is important) having a bubbly personality is key to going to a new school. Just don't overdo it :)

My biggest advice is to be yourself. if you try to act/dress like others, you won't be happy. as for clothes, I wear a uniform to school, so I won't be much help. just dress appropriate to the weather, and like I said, what you like.
with homework, I would definitely advise to try to not procrastinate and write down all your assignments. I'm also going into 8th grade and that's what I'll try to do. (:

Hannah, I am too going into eighth grade... and tbh I am looking for advice like you. But here is what I got:

Clothes: just dress like how you normally dress! don't wear something you don't wanna wear, wear what makes you feel great about yourself. I have uniforms at my school, but I still like to spice it up with a cute spunky necklace, or a bracelet. Just wear what makes you happy:)

Cute Backpacks: Tillys, Target, heck even Walmart! But look around because you never know:)

Advice: boy... don't we all need advice. The best advice I can give you is keep your head high and be who YOU are. Be a leader not a follower. Just be yourself:)

Organization: I have to be honest, I turn to YouTube... Mylifeaseva, um Macbarbie07, just soo many. Look up "organization tips for school" and just go crazy lol.

Good Impression: I honestly will tell you this, I don't care what others think about me because I know who I am and why should someone tell me different. But if you want to make a good impression, just be yourself and if they like you for you great, if not... well put one finger in the air {sorry referring to "Really don't care" by Demi Lovato... which is a good song:)}

And most important, have fun! Life is about having fun and living everyday to the fullest. But remember to try your hardest to get good grades... have to have an education! Good luck Hannah:} Have a great day, a wonderful week, and a happy life.
