Definitely the UD Primer Potions!
I like using Sin for my shimmer shadows because the primer itself has shimmer in it, adding extra sparkle to the shadow :p
I also use Eden, which is for my matte shadows.

both primers are really awesome! no creasing of the shadows & it makes the colour much more vibrant! plus they last 6-9 months (or they do for me) so totally worth the $20 (:

Try the elf primer! I've tried high end primers and I feel that the elf eye primer works just as well to keep my makeup in place. I don't like to spend a lot of money where it isn't needed and for eye primer I don't think a high end product is needed. That's just me though... I know others disagree whole heartedly
