I bought a pencil liner but it seems like it isn't good quality
I tried to expose it to a flame but nothing changed.. what can I do to make it work?

I've had that happen to me & I honestly just gave up & went to Walmart & bought a new one. I really like the CoverGirl Perfect Point Plus pencil liner. Revlon Colourstay liners are pretty decent as well c:
