Noo it's terrible. I returned it and I never return anything. It had zero pigmentation and was kind of chalky. I was really disappointed. I'd suggest a wet n wild or L.A. Colors palette. Super cheap but pigmented and smooth in similar color ranges.

I have it and I actually like it.At first I didn't like it because the swatches weren't great but then after using it I really like it.If you use a base like the nyx jumbo pencils it looks awesome

I think for the price its pretty good. Obviously, its nothing compared to say Urban Decay or Lorac, but its at a fraction of the cost. I think it's an okay palette, you definitely need a primer, but its not the worst palette ever. I do really like the way they grouped the colors. If you want to try it out, I'd say go for it but don't expect the most amazing color payoff, you have to build them up a bit.
