I think if you're a guest, it's fine
But if it's your Quinceañera I might go with something a bit fancier
That's just my opinion though : )

There will be a ton of dancing so maybe bring some flats if you do end up wearing heels.

One suggestion is to cross your bra straps so they are underneath the dress straps.
