I hope that helps, I have a couple statement pieces ideas aswell.

Riding boots - riding boots are great, and for a reason they can go with almost anything in the time frame of fall-winter and pull outfits together. I wouldn't buy these online because sometimes the leather quality is poor, unless you truly trust a store then do so.

Statement necklaces - these are great, they can glam up an outfit. I would get them in a variety of colors but have a couple in tan, white, and black.

Knit scarves - for these to make an outfit better you need those plain tee shirts and sweaters, these are great for days when you are running late in the winter, with a messy bun and pearl earrings.
