Monica-Shes not talking about the shadow primer, she's talking about the mascara primer.

Andree, i've never used it but i've seen it used in Strawberryelectric48's videos and it seems to do some great things for her lashes, length and volume wise.

I love it! I do prefer the Dior Maximizer though because you can actually use it as a serum at night to lengthen your lashes. =)

I hated it. It made putting on my regular mascara too complicated and it just didn't do anything for me.
