Yes it does! I don't have that brand but I totally love mine, it's a little painful at first but very much worth it!

I love it, but it works best on thicker, darker hairs. Mine sometimes break off instead of being pulled out at the roots because they're very blonde and fine. Make sure you exfoliate too, just to avoid ingrown hairs.
