I need help getting rid of my blemishes I've had them for about a year now.

I would see a dermatologist. The body shop tea tree oil line works for me but I hardly ever break out, maybe worth a try though!

Leave it alone! Acne products and creams pills etc.will make it worse! Don't ruin your health. Its just puberty! It will go away;)
