You could try a pigment correcting treatment with haloxyl or some brightening enzymes. Lots of eye creams have specific formulas for dark circles. Also, make sure you're healthy - drink enough water, get enough sleep, eat well and try to get at least a little exercise. If you try all that and you still think you need more help, see a doctor or derm. Sometimes dark circles are caused by things we can't fix at home. But sometimes they can't be fixed at all, and if that's the case, don't feel like you have to pile on makeup! A good peachy or salmon toned corrector underneath a concealer that matches your skin well should minimize the darkness for the most part.

They're not so bad! A peach toned concealer like Benefit erase paste will do the trick, like Mia said! unfortunately most of the time they are hereditary like mine, and they are hard if not impossibile to get rid of. If they're not hereditary, they could be from lack of sleep, allergies maybe.

I do two different things, and they both work for me. I put ice cubes under my eyes and rub it around for a small bit. I also put a spoon in the fridge and put it on my eyes. I will link below better instructions!!
Here is a link that highly mentions both of the things I said, and has better instructions!!
