Has expired. It doesn't smell bad but it has dried out completely.I was thinking of zapping it in the microwave for a few seconds at a times. Any idea how to revive this?

Since it is clay based, I would try mixing in some warm water!

If it's dried up the microwave will only make it more dry - because microwaves only work on water molecules of any substance that is being microwaved
