So my hair has always been pretty thick and long but at the beginning of this year I had A LOT of breakage towards the ends, which to me made my hair seem thin. What should I do to get the thickness back? I hate thin hair😪

I'll do two day conditioning with a hair mayonnaise. Washing my hair and then an oil at the end of the wash. and I'll str8en as needed.

How about a trim? That way you get rid of your damaged ends and your hair will grow in healthier :)

Did you get a trim? if not, that's the first step you need to take. if you use a lot of heat on your hair, that could be a cause. make sure you always use a heat protectant. I recommend It's a 10. you can also try some hot oil treatments, deep conditioner, & leave in conditioner to get your hair healthy again. :)
