I hate uniforms!! My school has uniforms as well and gosh they are terrible! But yeah maybe unbutton the top one to make it a little bit more casual looking. But I like it:) Plus I really like the shoes:)

Personally I wouldn't tuck my shirt in or have the belt but I don't know the rules of your school.
