Try to give it a more eventful look. Try some white flats or looks like a navy blue color stripes but go for a more natural makeup and basic hair like Straight or curly!(: hope this helps

With something red,for example red lips, earings :) She could also pick a bit longer white blazer,red sandals,blue statement necklace and red purse with silwer chain :) Also,messy updo would be great :)

I would wear some red pumps but if this is for a wedding, I would wear black or navy blue pumps and a messy updo with some delicate braids! for makeup,I would go for a dramatic eye look and a pinky nude lip color! :)
