So I've been trying to get my hair healthy. Like no using heat a lot of the time and not washing my hair everyday, etc. But I'm really having trouble finding a nourishing shampoo +conditioner that's good for your hair. I would really like something natural and not a lot of things like sulfates, dyes, etc. So if you know of any good nourishing shampoo + conditioners please share ðŸ˜Š

I use a cocoanut shampoo and conditioner for moisturizing my hair! Also my hair seems to get dry after as well and it becomes hard to style I recommend after a shower to use a leave in conditioner that will help!

Use Mark Hill's miracoilicious range..you can find it at Boots.
also, use a yoghurt, honey and olive oil mask twice a week..ull see wonderful results.
you can also use a honey, olive oil and deep conditioner hair mask too..works equally well!

I've got the perfect thing for you. Wen cleansing conditioner in fig! It is very moisturizing and has very natural ingredients. It's a little pricy at $32 for a 16 oz. bottle, but it's totally worth it. Here's a link to the product- http://www.chazdean.com/p-259-fig-cleansing-conditioner.aspx
I hope this helps ðŸ’•

Don't use sulfate shampoos because what it does is strips the natural oils out of your hair causing it to become dry and clogs your hair follicles causing it not to grow. I try a bunch of different shampoos and conditioners but I check the ingredients first, other ingredients I would stay away from is

Propylene Glycol - Can cause kidney and liver damage this is also in antifreeze

Sodium Chloride aka Salt - Leads to dry, itchy scalp

-Formaldehyde aka Methylene Glycol - Hair loss and can lead to Cancer

I also do hot oil treatments, what I do is depending on how long your hair is the measurements may vary but I use

1 Tablespoon or coconut oil

1 Tablespoon of Almond oil

And 1 Tablespoon of olive oil

I put the oil in the microwave for a few seconds not too long maybe like 10ish seconds then I massage it in my hair all over concentrating on my ends.
I'm not sure if it will work for you but it has made my hair a lot healthier. Don't do it a lot do it like maybe once a month depending on how thin or thick your hair is because you don't want to weigh it Down.

When you rise the oil out for your hair apply shampoo Before you use water because water and oil don't mix and it would lead to your hair looking greasy. I usually sleep with it in over night then shower in the morning but even leaving in on for like an hour should work too.

I hope I helped at least a little bit!
