Because the dress has a lot little flowers and things I would say to stay on the light side of makeup. Your foundation, if you use any, blush, a light pink lipstick like Too Faced's Marshmallow Bunny, and a simple winged eyeliner with mascara. As for your hair, I would recommend a side bun like Lauren said. Maybe even a loose, curly one?(:
