Darker blonde? Or leave it as is?

So I'm starting a new job tomorrow and I'm starting to wonder if maybe I should dye my hair a darker blonde? Like an ash blonde of some kind. Do you girls think I should? I'm letting my hair grow out :) haha.

First picture is my current blonde against my roots so you get an idea.

Dying it a little darker may be easier for you(: not as much labor into getting it done so frequently to keep it so blonde!

Darker would be nice with like dark brown roots :) I wish I could do that but I'm naturally a brunette.
