how can i tone down the orange in my hair?

You can purchase a different color due and try dyeing it or go to Sally's and tell them what they recommend .

Go to a salon and ask to get it toned. It's pretty cheap.

I don't like any of the hair dye or toner at Sally's I find it to be low quality.

Not to mention toner is a touchy thing to do yourself if you have no experience with it.

If your hair is brown and brassy you could just try a purple shampoo. But if you're blonde seriously just go to a salon! It's no where near as expensive as dye.
