World organic skin care is certified organic and reasonably priced! I just started using it and wow it's even getting rid of some acne scarring I have. (More like permanent red spots) they also have something called calming calendula cream which can be used for excema and dermatitis but is also an excellent spot treatment for pimples. I really wouldn't bother telling you all this if It didn't 100% work for me. I'm in australia so not sure where you are and if it's available where you are but have a look online anyway :)

I would use a face wash with salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide, maybe a toner with salicylic acid and a spot treatment with benzoyl peroxide. I actually really liked the Proactiv system, but I know you can get similar products for cheaper. Retin A is really helpful for acne, but very drying.

Cetaphil and Cerave are good and they won't cause or irritate acne as they're noncomedogenic, but they also don't have ingredients that treat or prevent acne (which is why I don't use them regularly). I find them good to use when your face is very dry as they are pretty mild and won't cause additional dryness like some cleansers with acne fighting ingredients.

YOU should be using salicylic acid cleanser at night and you can use cerave in the day time you can also spot treat with tee tree oil or benzoyl peroxide, and use cerave moisturizer I always recommend a gentle cleanser along with things that fight acne if you have acne prone skin because acne is inflammation and only using only drying acne products does nothing but irritate the skin and make it worse it needs to be a balance of both
