Coconut Oil Help? 💆

Okay so I know coconut oil is said to be good for your hair and I was wondering when you put it in your hair, like after conditioner or..? Also if you wash it out or just leave it in.

I put it in my hair when it's dry and leave it in for an hr then shower and wash my hair like normal. There's also hair stuff that is pretty much coconut oil that I've mixed with my conditioner too. I don't know the name of it though. Both ways work for me :)

I put it on after washing my hair while its still wet, the next day I go swimming or wash it out. it helps keep my hair healthy and hydrated in summer since I stay near the beach and go into the water or pool daily.
