It seems like youve been.going to.your stylist for a while. if you were unhappy with the results, you should have informed her while at the salon. I'm sure should would ha e understood and tweaked the look to your liking. but you paid AND tipped. since youre a regular she may still work with you without charging you to acheive a.look your satisfied with, but it starts with talking to the stylist. honestly, you look good either way...kind of.hard to make you look bad. I do prefef the darker color on you tho. at tge end of the day, you have to get what you want and like because youre the one looking in.the mirror everyday.

I'm sorry Maggie but I can't see it either. I had to have my stylist redo a dye job on me once. I respectively talked to her and explained why I was not happy with the final result. She was very understanding and had no problem redoing it. She would much rather do it all over and have a happy customer rather than a disappointed/angry one. My hair came out exactly what I wanted and she and I went and hit up the pubs lol.

I am a stylist, and I would suggest calling her ASAP, and telling her you wanted it a little, lighter. Unless you ends are too dark and damaged to lighten it shouldn't be a problem. I would rather make a client happy than , lose a client. Maybe it was miscommunication. Just be polite when calling, you kill more bees with honey..I'm sure she will be happy to fix it.

I agree with the girls above Maggie! It looks nothing like the pic you wanted. Call her and tell her that your not feeling the color and if she can make the ends a little lighter.

^^^Totally agree with what everyone has said. With as much as you paid for the service a service guarantee should be in tack. You shouldn't have to pay to get it corrected, especially if you are one of her regulars.

Thanks everyone!! Appreciate the advice. I will give her a call this week. Ugh, I hate complaining but it's just not ombré at all :(

Don't wait to call, some salons have a 3 day policy.
