What shade should you use to fill your brows if your hair is light blonde, but your brow color is very dark..like black..

I wouldn't go darker than a medium-dark brown. You can always make them appear lighter by coating them with brow tint gel.

I have light blonde hair & I use the shade taupe in the Anastasia Perfect Brow pencil. here's a swatch so you can find a dupe if you don't want to spend the extra bucks.
