Can eyebrow hair grow?

I'm wondering if eyebrow hair can grow back? I dont like my eyebrow their thin and their shape is kinda weird looking may I say! I see little hairs growing on the top, butt will they be able to fully grow back? I'm asking cuz I want to shape them more curvy and want them to be a bit thicker! What do you ladies think?

You should try out an oil called "castor oil" it'll help grow them back if you massage the oil in & leave it over night you will start seeing progress
