I agree with Grace. The worse thing to do is apply lots of different makeup products!

For your concealer you can use a green concealer! Green cancels out red so it hides it! I have one from Loreal!!

Cold water, and one spot blemish control works instantly I put it on my pimple and in 10 min swelling is gone and redness.

Iena, I don't think it is acne. From the photo it looks like chicken pox... Is it only on your face? Does it itch or burn?
I think you should see a doctor if you haven't already.

Don't exfoliate at this stage it'll probably scar.
You may want to find a deep moisturiser that has anaesthetic like bepanthen cream.
If it's more like hives, an antihistamine might be the way to go.
There are too many variables to diagnose in a picture, you may need to go to a doctor.
There's a chicken pox-like illness that only affects teenagers and that for example needs medication.

It may even be shingles and that's really dangerous if left untreated, reason I say maybe shingles is coz its only affecting a specific area of your body, it can cause nerve pain which is like nothing else... You will have to take at least 2 weeks from school, whether you like it or not.
