I'm planning on trying out Foundation, Face Primer, and Setting Spray.

Suggestions on inexpensive to fair priced brands to buy that work really good?

Dry, it gets oily with having makeup for more than 4-5 hours. I have eczema as well

I recommend L'Oreal True Match foundation or Cover Fx foundation. Try to stay away from silicone based primers because they make dry skin more noticeable.
