For the shoes, it depends on the outfit you're wearing.
As for makeup, just. A little bb cream, mascara, and lip gloss or tinted lip balm. Maybe some neutral colored eyeshadow

Idk about everyone else but I'm going into 7th grade too, and I personally think if you want to wear eyeshadow, go for it! You don't have to do a neutral, because I wear a lot of darker makeup but I feel pretty in it :)

Since you're at an age where your skin is very sensitive I'd go without the makeup that has to be applied directly to the face (foundation, bb creams, blush, even tinted moisturizer). You're at an age where your skin could freak out at the drop of a hat so you don't wanna add to that.
