Lemon juice is extremely damaging to your skin, please don't use it! If you're able to run to a Walgreens or drugstore, pick up the AcneFree sulfur mask. I use it as a spot treatment and it works well. I've also heard of people crushing up pain medicine tablets and making a paste of it with water and applying that over the zit, but I can't vouch for whether it works or not.

Try tea tree or witch hazel gel and then you could try sudocream x also hold an ice cube on the spot in the morning and it reduces redness.
