Has anyone ever broken out because of a mask from Lush? it's just that they smell very strong (I went into the shop and sampled the tester pots) so I wondered if they added in extra perfumes and stuff, because that usually breaks me out/irritates my skin:/

I do like the oat mask tho you'll have to try masks for yourself and see if it breaks you out!

Their products are not all natural. Some do contain perfumes and parabens and other preservatives. they advertise these ingredients as "naturally found in nature" or "naturally occurring". I still use lush and love the products but I don't buy into the whole natural thing.

As Kelly said, not all of their products are 100% natural but they always state which ingredients aren't and where they come from. Their fresh face masks do not contain preservatives though, that is why they have such a short shelf life and why they need to be kept in the fridge. I have never had a problem with any of their products and I have quite sensitive skin :)

Lush things are vegan, not all natural. I mean everything is technically natural, even chemicals and especially perfumes since they're all created by flowers or spices and things. But lush does have natural and synthetic chemicals in a lot of their stuff. I'd just look at the labels, the ingredient list will usually have "____ fragrance extract" if it's got perfume in it.

I've never broken out from any, in fact some of them have helped me with some breakouts. Always got on well with their products actually.

They aren't completely "all natural" but that doesn't really bother me to be honest. And yeah, Dee-Ann's right, their face masks are preservative free.

Which one were you looking at in particular?
