Glitter liner flakes?!? ✨

I was thinking of getting the UD (urban decay) glitter liners, but I was wondering if the glitter flakes off the applicator after a few uses. Also does it dry out easily? I just wanted to make sure before I spent money buying them. I was thinking of getting a teal color and gold. Opinions?

The liquid ones are really stubborn to get off, which means they have insane staying power. But mine dried out in 4 months so I had to constantly use duraline. I would reccomend getting a cheaper drugstore glitter liner, Revlon and L'Or?al have some really good ones because it isn't something you would use on a daily basis and the quality/color choices arent that different.

Victoria's secret oddly enough has a wide color selection and good quality ones, I've had a silver one from them that's lasted me 3 years.
