I'm sorry I for have any help to get rid of infection but I do have problems with my ears (which have been peirced for 12years) when I wear cheap or fake earrings... It might hurt your wallet a bit but it's worth it

Just take it out and don't put it back in for a while. Also be gentle with it and clean it again. Trust me, I've had a lot of infected ear piercings before.

I would go back and complain, maybe their equipment wasn't properly sterilized.. However use alcohol to disinfect it, a few times a day, put in real jewellery because fake things tend to irritate your skin

Clean it with a salt saline solution twice a day for a week and it should clear up, don't take it out while it's infected, it could actually trap the infection in.

Do NOT take any piercing out when there's an infection

I'm with Renay! Never take the piercing out! Instead clean around it using whatever solution you use. If it gets worse or doesn't get better in like a week, I'd go see a doc or a derm or someone who could give you more expert advice on what to do!

I always just used alcohol and I never had any problems or infection but you can also try saline solution it sounds like it's a better choice! :)

I had the same problem...I cleaned them real good then took them out for the night..I actually found out I can only wear real gold or my ear gets like yours :( I suggest trying a different kind if you can afford it...but some jewelry is so expensive.
