Wash your hair, leave you hair to naturally dry for 15-30 minutes or blow dry it until it is damp on a low heat. French plait your hair and sleep in the plaits. In the morning take out the plaits and brush the top part of you hair and finger comb your plaits, apply hair spray. Do not apply lots of hairspray as it will weigh down you hair and your waves will drop out. You can use bendy rollers, rags or any other wavy/curly hair tool.

What I meant to say was: finger comb your waves.

I like the braids for waves. Also I separate my hair into two sections as if I'm doing half up half down, twist the hair and wrap it into a bun. So two buns. That gives me nice waves too

I like to wash my hair and use pin curls to get wavy hair. You could also wash your hair and let dry a little bit, and put texturizing spray in it, and then sleep with a ballerina bun in overnight and you should have beachy waves.

Curl your hair and then run your fingers through not to much then sleep.

I braid my hair after I wash it. I put a pomade/paste type product to hold it in place overnight. Next day I dry the rest of the moisture and run a straightener over the braid so the waves hold. When it cools I take it out, tousle it, and spray it when it's the way I want it.

What I do is really weird but I use clean socks and roll my hair around it then attach it. I sleep with it and my curls stay put all day long :D.
