I would say a really good concealer for under eyes and any foundation that has a dewy finish. I like Age Rewind concealer and Foundation from Maybelline. I also LOVE Fit concealer from Maybelline

dewy skin makes you look younger. Brighter under eye area as well. Although people love to contour I think that contouring adds a level of maturity to looks so to me just a soft blush on the cheeks looks younger, since they say that rounder faces look more youthful. I find that I look youngest with like a nice thin winged eyeliner pink blush and a pink gloss with a great dewy finish :)

I agree with the ladies above me. A nice concealer and some dewy skin will make you look younger! I tend to find also that darker colors on the eye make women look more mature. I would say try some neutral shades on your eyes a bit of mascara some nice pink blush and lips & voila! ;)

I think it's starts more with having great skincare, makeup will only take you so far. But Less is more with cosmetics.

Natural, full brows!! Ever notice how in Disney movies the princess has thicker brows and the evil queen has thin, sinister-looking brows? Brows that are on the fuller side look youthful and healthy, versus super-arched, thin brows which can make us look older because as we age our hair thins out. I don't know if you wax your brows or anything but if you do maybe let them grow a bit and then get them groomed/shaped, but still keep them somewhat thick. You might find that it makes you look younger.

And I doubt you're at this stage yet, this is more for middle age to elderly, but this is a helpful tip for anyone who works with an older clientele and for future reference; if you're trying to make someone look younger, make sure to add a subtle white line around the upper lip. It's almost like a halo. As we age the line fades away and it makes lips look thinner and older. You can use a light concealer if white is intimidating. And obviously make sure to blend. It's very subtle but it takes years off. Same goes for a subtle highlight in the cupid's bow.
