Well to get rid of the dark under eye circles I suggest that you ad 2 steps to your daily facial routine: At night after washing you face and doing all your steps you should finish of using an anti aging eye cream. In the morning, after your steps and before putting on makeup you should use a caffeine eye roller - In time these steps will reduce the darkness and make it easier to cover up :)
I don't know much about concealers, so this is the advice I can give :)
Oh yes, and drink plenty of water!

What I do is that I freeze two spoons in the morning and lay them on my eyes after 15 minutes for about 5-10 minutes and they reduce them a bit and for concealer I apply it under they eye instead ontop it work great!

Try an under eye primer to get your concealer to grip better.
Smashbox makes one specifically for under eyes.
Helps address the midday under eye makeup lines, calms puffiness and it's moisturizing.
I'm pretty sure the Ben Nye Banana powder would help too :) my SFX MUA friends LOVE that product!

You might like the Dermablend concealer. The coverage is extreme and it has plenty of shades to match to your skintone. I had it suggested by Jackie. I love it, it's the only concealer that hides my scar. Maybe try it and see if you like it!
