I don't know if it's available at Ulta (I'm from the UK) but the Nars Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturiser is really beautiful if you don't mind paying a fair bit.

So personally, I love the Lumene BB cream. It's a bit on the darker side, so if you're fairly pale, it may not work for you, but it's lovely. It has nice, full coverage, and added bonuses like SPF and anti-aging properties. Aside from that, I think BB creams are a crock. So I'd go Lumene, or the Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturize is also lovely. It's a bit more sheer, but also with SPF and a great shade range.

Bb cream is the only foundation I will put on my fae :) I like BRTC jasmine water bb cream. It is medium coverage and really good for your skin!
