Taming the hair

I have naturally wavy hair. Sometimes it get tangled from the wind, etc. and when I try to comb through it it just gets so puffy and frizzy. Are there any products you guys would suggest to help define waves and keep frizz and puffiness at bay? Currently the only products I use are shampoo and conditioner from the loreal everstrong line.
