Water proof mascara and sunscreen
I cannot stress sunscreen enough! A towel, a snack if allowed, sunglasses and a hat or visor too(:

Definitely SPF!! A hat and sunglasses too. I'm not sure makeup is very necessary for lifeguarding.

I agree that makeup isn't really important, it'll probably most likely melt because you're sitting in the sun haha
