There aren't any ways to speed up hair beyond its maximum potential. You can help it reach that by avoiding heat, getting your scalp massaged, and using hair masks. Do not take biotin or other pills!

Not your mothers long and strong shampoo/conditioner, it's a 10 leave in conditioner. Coconut oil right before bedtime and wash it out in the morning will make your hair amazing.

Hair growth is based on genetics, the health of you & your hair. so the only way to promote growth is to keep yourself & your hair in good health.
Do not just go taking pills (including biotin). You can end up with side effects serious enough to put you in the hospital. always ask your doctor first.
Some tips to promote growth:
get trims regularly (split ends will go higher up the longer you wait & then you'll have to cut off more hair)
drink a lot of water
use as little heat as possible
always use a heat protectant, I recommend It's a 10
don't brush your hair while it's wet
do hot oil treatments (I use coconut oil)
use a deep conditioner (I use Aussie 3 minute miracle)
use hair masks (store bought or diy)
try a leave in conditioner
keep in mind that there are no miracle products or methods. good luck in growing your hair! :)

I became vegetarian over a year ago so I started taking multivitamin + iron tablets and I think it's made my hair grow a bit more? It's more my nails that have the effect but if you're desperate you could try that!
