Sesa which you can find at most Indian grocers. Or elliptica alba and bitter apple. It seems like everyone will say that there is nothing that will help your hair grow, but I have found that to not be true. It's about treating the scalp so that it can grow more efficiently and healthier.

Castor oil. Stinks to high heaven but if you mix an essential oil in true castor oil it will cancel out the yucky odor. And with castor oil a lil goes a long way so a light application is all you need.

I agree with Shelly, castor oil does work but to counter the smell add rosemary, or lavender essential oils. Either will cover the smell and rosemary is good for your hair.
