Have you tried using a corrector? I use Bobbi Brown's corrector in Extra Light Bisque (I use porcelain in their foundations) under my foundation, I then find I can get away with something light and illuminating like the Loreal Lumi Magique Pen which I've been using for a while. It definitely doesn't look cakey or anything either.

NYX HD concealer and if you set it with a setting powder it is great and lasts all day.

You can also use laura mercier. I love it because its specifically made for the under eye area and has a peach tint to it so it color corrects as well. I would also try setting it with a powder right after and that should help some.
