Does anyone have any experience with zarawigs.com. Reliability and quality if products? I ordered from the recently and still have not received my lace front wig or gotten a status update. I emailed them and got a lame excuse that they had no status update for me. It's been well over a month and I emailed them again saying I would dispute payment with my bank if I dnt receive my unit by the new year. Is this common practice for them and is it worth waiting for their product? Does anyone know? Also does anyone know of a high quality

I have no experience with that company but it sounds shady to me. I would demand a refund. I have ordered wigs for cosplay from hairwigharlem.com They have all kinds of wigs from lace front, full lace, synthetic, remi, braids, half/half, glues, strips, etc. customer service is great & my orders take 2-3 days :) I know what your going through though, I purchased a luminess air system kit on BLACK FRIDAY & it still isn't here & customer service is a joke, supposedly it's in route. Good luck girl, hope things work out :)
