I normally don't wear any sort of foundation on my skin, because I start to shine within the first hour, but I have huge pores I want to cover up, are there any product that won't shine so fast, any ways to shrink pores,or even any techniques?

Foundation can be worn with oily skin, just make sure you 1. Use a primer 2. Use a mattifying setting powder ( Rimmel's Stay Matte is pretty good)
3. You can try oil and blotting papers as well. :)

Yes you need a matte foundation, a mattifying primer tat hides pores & a setting powder :)
I recommend using Clinique's stay matte foundation is great controlling oily skin! I like they're dramatically different moisturizer since it sets matte & I can go ahead & apply my foundation without a primer but a good primer is the porefessional by benefit & for setting powder I like Neutrogena's rice powder! It stays matte for hours! Youcan try a setting spray to make your makeup last longer UD has a good one & so does NYX :)

As far as the pores, I don't know how to shrink them but to help control an oily skin you must know that the reason why you're face might be oily is because your face is lacking moisture so your pores and your face are over producing oil to make up for the lack of it. You have to be sure to moisturize your face well in order to possibly cut down on oily skin. Moisturize after washing your face all the time and on days where you're not wearing makeup as well. Maybe invest in a heavy duty night cream to help keep your face nourished while you sleep.

I've heard the hourglass mineral veil primer is AMAZING for Mattifying, and filling in the pores/fine lines
